All orders ship via USPS Ground as our standard service. Shipping options and any available upgrades are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please make sure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unaltered
• Returned in its original packaging
• Free of any signs of wear or damage

All sale items are final. They are not eligible for return or exchange unless a confirmed defect is present.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.

Each Self Plural piece is carefully crafted with attention to material and form. In the event of a confirmed defect, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Subtle variations in surface, tone, or form are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Every piece is crafted in 925 sterling silver. Some designs are paired with freshwater pearls, red agate, natural shell, cubic zirconia, or purple stones. You’ll find the exact materials for each piece under “Materials & Dimensions” on its product page.

Freshwater pearls, agate, and shell are natural materials, so each one varies slightly in tone and shape. These subtle differences are part of what makes your piece your own, and are not considered defects.

Sterling silver can naturally darken over time with exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals. It’s a normal part of wearing silver, and a little everyday care goes a long way.

• Daily wear: Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Handle gently to avoid knocks and snags.
• Chemicals: Put jewelry on after applying perfume, lotions, and cosmetics, once they have dried. Keep it away from soaps and household cleaners.
• Cleaning: After wear, wipe gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid rinsing, soaking, abrasive cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaning.
• Storage: Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box, away from humidity and heat.

Our necklaces sit around the collarbone, and most have an extender or sliding adjustment so you can change the length:

• As I Am: 40.5 cm + 8 cm extender (15.9" + 3.1")
• Becoming: adjustable, approx. 45 cm (17.7")
• Ember Moon: approx. 45 cm (17.7"), with sliding adjustment
• On My Terms: 40 cm + 6 cm extender (15.7" + 2.4")
• Soft Resolve: 40 cm + 5 cm extender (15.7" + 2.0")

• As I Am: longer earring approx. 1.8 cm × 1.1 cm (0.7" × 0.4")
